1. Grind chocolate chips in a blender.
2. Add boiling water and blend to melt the chocolate.
3. Add and blend well egg yolks, one at a time.
4. In a medium bowl, beat egg whites until stiff peaks form.
5. Add egg whites into chocolate mixture gently.
6. Pour the mousse into the serving glasses and chill in refrigerator until set.
Serves approximately 7 people
