Chocolate Fudge for dummies

Directions

1. In a saucepan, over low heat, melt chocolate chips with condensed milk then add the salt.

2. Remove from heat; stir in vanilla and the optional nuts

3. Spread evenly into wax paper or something to cool in shaped as you like. Chill for approximately 2 hours or until firm. noting that it will stick so suggesting a non sticking pan or something that you will be comfortable with

4. when cool place onto cutting board; peel off paper and cut into squares. Store covered in refrigerator.

  • ½ teaspoon of salt
  • optional "half a cup of nuts"
