Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- Grease a pan.
- in a small bowl mix the following:
- Crackers
- melted butter
after mixing add to the greased pan to fill the bottom of it
in a large bowl mix the following:
- cream cheese
- sugar
until mixed smoothly then add the following:
- milk
- eggs “one at a time”
- sour cream
- vanilla
- flour
pour on the crust in your pan
- Bake for 1 hour (60 minutes) then turn off the oven and let it cool with the oven door closed this will take around 5 hours then chill in the refrigerator for serving
the reason to keep it in the oven is to prevent the cheese cake from cracking
Important Notes:
- overbeating will cause the cheesecake to crack
- Beat cream cheese with sugar only until smooth then the rest with a wooden spoon if possible
