		<description><![CDATA[Combine all dry ingredients and then combine into large mixing bowl with the rest of ingredients except for water.
Add boiling water and stir.
Put into greased 9 x 13 (22.86 X 33.02) cake pan that has been greased and floured.
Bake at 350 F &#8220;180 C&#8221; (gas mark 4) for around 40 minutes.
